In commercial, industrial & construction surveys, we will secure Risk Information that needed by Risk Manager comprises general information, layout & construction, occupation, hazard, fire protection, security, management program, perils and loss information. The site can include Factory, Warehouses, Industrial Estate, Offices, Shopping Center, Hotel, Apartment, Hospital, Port, Docking Facilities / Ship Buildings, Building Construction, Machinery Installation, etc.
Besides securing Risk Information, we also give Recommendation report for any findings that found during site survey based on national regulation, international standards and best practice. The recommendations are offered to assist the Risk Managers in meeting their objectives of loss reduction and control and to improve the risk management activities of the company. It is also as effort to avoid or prevent the same losses to occur in the future.
The Marine Cargo & Hull surveys comprised of land transport survey, cargo pre-shipment survey & ship condition survey.
In land transport survey, we will report the cleanliness, smell-free, and watertight of the containers and trailers.
We also report the loading activities, stowage, lashing, and securing of the cargo in the containers and trailers.
The road-worthy condition of trucks and trailers that used in land transportation also will be informed in our survey report.
We will report condition of cargo, packing and packaging, loading operation into vessel, loading, lashing, stowage, and securing of cargo, handling damage caused by stevedores, activities for preventing cargo from damage during loading.
We will report the ship's hold's cleanliness, smell-free, hatch cover's watertight, and the vessel is in sea worthy condition.
